We work out of 732 W Randolph St, in the West Loop, and most of our calls come from the neighborhoods within a few miles of there - Little Italy, Near West Side, Little Village, North Lawndale, Bridgeport, Brighton Park, and out through the near-south and near-west blocks toward Archer Heights and McKinley Park. That's the footprint. We don't run trucks out to the far collar suburbs, and we're upfront about that on the phone before you wait around for a truck that isn't coming.
We also don't take on jobs that aren't garage doors. No fence gates, no fabricated metal work, no general handyman list with a door repair tacked on the end. If a job comes in that's really a framing problem or a foundation settling issue under the slab, we'll tell you that's outside what we do, because doing it anyway just means you pay twice.
